RMS Technology Co., Ltd. was founded by Lee. H.K(Dr, P.E) in 1999 to privide a broad range of technical solutions in sound & vibration engineering problem of the semiconductor and other high-tech industries.

RMS Technology Co., Ltd. have provided the consulting services to numerous companies in research and development of wafer frabrication, building construction and other sensitive equipment.  This commonly involves in performing measurements and anslysis of the dynamic response of these systems transmitted from their internal and external vibration soureces.  

In addition, the special anti-vibration system have been developed and supplied to precision fabrication factory such as semiconductor or display industries in order to control vibration environment of very sensitive equipments.
