Raghuraji Agro Industries Pvt. Ltd . was incorporated in 1999 with an objective of catalyzing rural development through agro industries related in pursuance of this objective , the company began its operation in 1999 with an installed capacity consuming 225MT per day Rice Bran/ Mustard Cake in Solvent Extraction Plant to produce 30-35 MT per day of Solvent oil. In 2002 we installed Refinery plant of Alfa Laval make with a production capacity of 75 MT per day. As a result of well maintained Plant and acute quality measures, we can very proudly state that we produce oil that by far supercedes that of any other plant in India. The capacity utilization is expected to increase significantly with Company�s plan to upgrade and expand the current production facilities. We are taking steps with respect to procurement of raw material through partnership with farmers for captive production of required Oil seeds for our company. We are also assisting partner farms in adoption of best farming practices including oil testing provision of certificate seeds and insurance cover to farmers. The raw material (Rice Bran) is procured from U.P., Bihar , West Bengal and De�Oiled Cake sold in the states of Rajasthan, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Kerela, Bihar, Andhra Pradesh, Harayana and U.P. Whereas Refined Oil market is all eastern part of the country. Raghuraji Agro Industries then diversified in import/export of oil. We get our raw material for refined oil ***** Soybean Degum Oil directly imported by ships from Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Malaysia . A part of this imported oil in lifted for processing while the rest of it is traded at highseas . Making Refined oil from imported oil, which is of better quality, helps us in making better product. The company foresaw the problem Crises in Uttar Pradesh and being environment Friendly we created our own CAPTIVE CO-GENERATION Plant to meet the electricity & steam requirement using bagas as input.
