Changzhou Qiaoyu Korea Co., Ltd. (the "Company") was established based on Qiaoyu Petrous Technical Cooperation Co., Ltd. (China), a joint venture invested by China Changzhou Qiaoyu Group under the technical license agreement in the year 2000 for "PETROUS" brand and new technology and products patented in the area of folding furniture for leisure and camping, which has made a great growth into manufacturing and distributing company for leisure and tourist products that leads the world market with its creative and innovative development of products and fashionable design.

In the year 2003, Qiaoyu Petrous Technical Cooperation Co., Ltd. and China Changzhou Qiaoyu Group were strategically merged and established a joint venture company Changzhou Qiaoyu Korea Co., Ltd. in Korea.

Now Changzhou Qiaoyu Korea has a solid foundation as a company specializing in the leisure and tourist prodcts which is the growing industry in the 21st century, and is in the pursuit of developing the marketing for export and import to meet the demands.
