Since 1970, manufacturing high tenacity polypropylene multifilament yarns for the first time in Korea, the company has been producing various braided ropes for fishery, marine, leisure sports and industry use.

Headquarted in Busan, PYUNGHWA IND. Co., Ltd. is a privately owned company with annual revenue of US$4 million, 30% of which is accounted for by exports. The company currently employs 60 staff including three dedicated engineers and five quality assurance personnel.
