Founded in 1996, Powchem Powder Coating Co., Ltd. specializes in the manufacture of Powder Coatings based on high technology and the latest machinery.

The company has newly developed production facilities for Big Silo Systems for raw material charging, Mixaco Pre-Mixers, Twin Extruders and Kneaders, Horizontal Twin Cyclone Mills System, and Packing Systems, and has annual capacity of over 10,000 tons.

Colors are controlled by computer system that matches customers specification. Specialties such as Metal Bonded, Sand-Textured, Hammertones, and multicolors are available in 50lb to over 10,000lb.

A Twin Cyclone Mill System has enhanced the efficiency of our thin film Powder Coatings products. These advantages are applicable to Polyester/Polyurethane and Polyester/TGIC thin film coatings for the Coil Coating industry.
