Pre-Owned Diagnostic Equipment Resellers Inc., PODER Inc. for short was founded in 2000 in Miami, Florida by German Filgueira. Previously German had worked at Access Medical Equipment Group, where he had been General Manager of International Operations.PODER Inc.s original mission was to buy, stock, and sell equipment directly from inventory in our warehouse. This differentiated us from our competition in that they usually do not see or directly own the equipment they sell. It has been a successful business model. It has been and will continue to be our strict policy to: represent the equipment honestly, never send out a contract or take a deposit on equipment we do not own, and most important do our best to resolve problems that may eventually arise. Honesty and service are the keystones of our business.PODER Inc. today is a company in transition. We have added several new equipment representations. Increased our service capabilities in many areas and have begun several fee per scan programs in selected countries. We can now service with our own personnel Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Venezuela and Colombia.
