Recent since the cutting edged industries such as conductors, LCD(Liquid Display), PDP(plasma display panel), Progection TV, has been of more partical use, high speed equal depositioning techniques has been utilized together. Main protucts by our sputtering devince are non-reflection anti-static cover for projection TV, Cr203/Cr Color Filter for LCD, non-reflection cover glass againgt electric static for flat display and half-reflection glass, mirror for special use and several laters glass for reflecting LCD. But we anticipate this technology wail be furter utilized in other fields.
