DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GENERAL TYPE  AND SUPER SH-K01.ALMOST ALL OF MACHINES IN ASIA IS GENERAL TYPE. Even if you purchase very good paper cup forming machine in Korea or other places in Asia, You must have technical problem within two years.

You must understand as you have an experience to operate paper cup forming machine made in China. All paper cups forming machines made in Asia were copied from Korean machine.
Therefore, all structures are very similar or same as Korean machine.

So, General paper cup forming machine made in korea and China or other places in Asia has utmost weak point on frame of machine.
The frames are jointed by welding. The welded parts are very weak against vibration. You understand that paper cup forming machine makes much vibration.
The vibration makes mechanical change. and distort the weld parts.

So, If the machine faces such a problem by vibration, You have to know how to set an exact center point on the parts to decide bottom part of paper cup as paper cups are well formed as long as each part stroking is well matched. Initially, the part stroking each other well meets on parts for the bottom formation of paper cup in case of new machine, however, as time passes on,the center points are changed by degree because of vibration. So, you have to fix center points or, if your engineer is lack of technical knoweledge to handle with machine, you have to bring manufactruer's engineer with your charge.
