many international automotive OEMs with system designs, integration tools, and
technical consulting services. NOVA has developed a number of strategic customer
relationships, including Nippon Motorola, Matsushita, FMS, Motorola(US), Daewoo,
and Mando (Hyundai), GM, Ford, Delphi, Visteon, and others.

NOVA has focused its development efforts on GPS aided Car Navigation System
Solutions with a unique Digital Road Map technology (NOVA-NAVI) to provide a cost-effective
solution for the next generation CAR NAVIGATION SYSTEM/TELEMATICS markets. NOVA's
Car Navigation System design scalability and portability makes it an ideal development
reference platform for diversified system developers and providers to deploy a
car navigation system products in a very short period of time. Current NOVA Car
Navigation System design has been optimized for the leading 32-bit RISC microprocessor
families, including Motorola's MC68K and MPC8XX PowerPC processors.

NOVA is developing complimentary application development tools and reference
