We developed lavation feeder that can get complete wash(called particle 50 nano) without using chemicals and are delivering it to semiconductor and photo-mask companies. Now we are testing 22.5 nano.
In addition, we developed equipment producing Radical Water that makes our body healthier in 2005 and upgraded disinfection and toilet water.
