MITRA ltd. develops and produces the packaging for the cosmetic, pharmaceutical and chemical branches. Our custom-designed equipment produces: I. Bottles, various design / volume from 4 till 1000 ml; II. Cosmetic jars / volume from 5 till 250 ml; III. Make-up containers and cases of various design IV. Packaging for domestic detergents and packaging for professional chemical industries / volume from 500 till 1000 ml; V. Packaging for the pharmaceutical and medical products / volume from 4 till 500 ml; VI. "Shoulders" and caps for laminate tubes. VII. Packaging components. The company "MITRA" owns free capital which enables to constantly invest considerable means in the new equipment and different projects. The company is specialized in the design and production of the exclusive jars for cosmetic purpose as per individual requests of the cosmetic companies.We produce cosmetic jars of PE, PP, SAN, MS, PMMA, ABS, GPPS, PETg. At the present we produce 3 millions pieces of jars monthly. Our developed jar assortment range exceeds 120 variants of jars. In the production are used:- raw materials Basell, Borealis, Basf, Chevron Phillips Chemicals, Nova Chemicals, TVK, Bayer and other. - superconcentrates Clariant, A.Schulman, Gabriel-Chemie, Poly One and other.Company "MITRA" produces 16 variants of the thick-walled jars of MS, PMMA as well. Available tooling enables to produce till 250 000 pcs. of the thick-walled jars of MS and till 200 000 pcs. of PMMA monthly. At the present moment we complete putting into production 2 types of the thick-walled jars of PP. The company "MITRA" ensures wide color range of the packaging and different types of it&＃39;s decoration. The jars are produced on the injection machines 70 % of which are not older than 5 years, with injection volume from 100 till 650 cm3: ENGEL, BATTENFELD (Austria), DEMAG, ARBURG (Germany), JSW (Japan). Auxiliary equipment: Moretto, Piovan, Motan, Koch and other. Multistage quality control system is upgraded with high precision measuring equipment Mitutoyo (Japan), Alluris (Germany). We posses the Conformity Certificate of the Quality Management System for developing and producing with the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2001. Having at disposal own tooling department and own designed department the company produces and develops the moulds. Tooling department is equipped with the state-of-art metal-processing tools AEG, DECKEL MAHO (Germany), HAAS (USA). The company co-operates with HASCO, WIRO, PSG, KTW (Germany), Thermoplay (Italy) in the field of the mould production.
