The company offers dozens of powered seasonings, 35 different liquid-form sauces, 30 variety menus of rice capped with dishes, assortments of stews, broths and sauces, mixed pastes, and other processed items. The products are either for restaurant-catering purposes or for small, packaged ingredients to be included in other foods. Complying with HACCP, MIMI views cleanliness and excellent hygiene as the basic quality standards and continues with its research and development of new items as it diligently communicates with orderers to fully accommodate the customer preferences. OEM-based product supply is also a part of the MIMI operations.
