My name is Chris and I would like to introduce myself as a sales rep with Midwest Copier Exchange. We are a wholesaler in the office equipment industry with our primary focus being on copy machines. We deal with lease return machines and currently have several makes and models available for purchase.We have been in the business for over 10 years and our goal is customer satisfaction.We have a total of 3 locations; Our Corporate Headquarters in Waukegan, IL and our 2 sister companies in NV as well as MD.We receive new machines daily and we carry both older analog copiers as well as newer digital copiers.Several of our machines have low meters and have the scan/network, fax capabilities as well as many containing finishers/sorters. We fully inspect our copiers prior to shipping and if there is a problem with one of our units, we create a report stating the exact problem; be it codes or a simple crack in the machine. Here at Midwest Copier we dont believe in surprises for our customers.We have cleaners on hand to make sure when you receive your machine; the copier cosmetically look good.As previously stated, we believe in customer satisfaction and that is our number 1 objective.Regarding pricing, we price our machines on a per machine basis.
