We’ve singled out a classifying activity by size and quality, in order to meet our clients requirements the more precisely possible : • The first quality shells (grade A) are sort out by two ways of size : the 11 cm and more (around 180 gr. per shell) ; and the 11 cms or less (around 120 gr. per shell) • The first quality series (grade A) are lately harvested shell and not sun burned, no broken shells, no « double back » shells, no wormy.
