All KJI pumps are furnished with double shielded, permanently lubricated ball bearing.

Mechanical seal : Double mechanical shaft seals in oil chamber (silicone carbide / silicone carbide contact or other material as option) guarantees long life operation.

Water tight cable entrance : One-piece molded type cable entry with anti-wicking block (or triple compression sealing) ensures leak free.

Continuous duty motor : Heavy duty, high efficiency, class F insulated, IP 68 protection,  air filled squirrel cage induction motor with thermal protection imbedded in each phase of windings, assures trouble free and low cost operation. Design as per NEMA-B and explosion proof version (Class 1 / Div. I, II / Gr. C & D) is also available.

Special designed impeller : In order to maximize efficiency and solid handling capacity, KJI pumps provided various kinds of impeller such as open, enclosed, non-clog, vortex and propeller type.

Easy maintenance: KJI has designed wearing parts to be field adjustable and / or replaceable.
