Please be cautious of an EC21 phishing call asking your Password!


We've been reported that there was a phishing call pretending to be EC21 staff and asking our members their account information such as email address and password.

Please note that EC21 never ask you directly for personal or account information via phone call or email. Therefore, disregard any calls or emails claiming to be from EC21 that request such information or direct you to a different website that asks for such information.
