Seller has several locations/tanks for D2 in Rotterdam / Novorossiysk /Black Sea (Russian Gasoil D2 (Diesel) L-0.2-62 (GOST 305-82), Sulphur max. 0.2%). The seller works with several refineries to assure product availability. If buyers/ Mandate/ accept these procedures Only serious buyers and buyers Mandate 1. Buyer accepts the enclosed procedures (including the FOB location).2. End Buyer signs NCNDA/IMFPA (for buy-side facilitators)3. End-Buyer provides a Corporate Profile (on letterhead) to the Sellers Facilitator.4. Seller will check the Buyers credentials and corporate profile to ascertain past performanceand if there are any issues with the buyer;5. When Seller agrees to work with the Buyer, the buyer will be informed about the sellersname (refinery/or trans-shipped product) to address the ICPO (and the required format);6. Buyer sends ICPO to the Seller;7. Seller issues the draft contract;8. Contract is signed by both (all) parties; (Buyer and Seller agree on payment instrumentsand terms)9. Buyer takes a DIP TEST and pays for what he/she is buying.10.
