HongAmGa's products are made under sanitary controls in clean manufacturing environments.
- The HACCP system was considered and reflected from the design for our new factory for the safe and hygienic food above all. (Aim at the HACCP certification by June 2012)
* HACCP refers to systematic regulation to supply consumers with safe and clean products, which has been recognized as the most effective and efficient safety control system for food across the world.

HongAmGa is looking forward to the production of organic foods in earnest.
- Organic products such as "HongAmGa Organic Unpolished Rice Roughage", "HongAmGa Organic Malt Roughage" and "HongAmGa Organic Pure Barley" which are made from organic whole barley under the contractual cultivation in the clean Gapado Island as a fine eco-friendly island have been certified for our domestic organic processed food and international organic processed food - IFOAM Certification.

We have secured the technological power to lead the cereal food fermented with lactobacilli under patent applications with core processes.
- The food manufacturing lines of this factory is based on the core processes with the vernalization system under patent applications in Korea, the U.S., Japan, China and EU.

Jeju HongAmGa's products are directed to the healing food to expect health improvements on our body only by taking up the food, because they have no chemical additives other than the natural fermentation with lactobacilli in addition to eco-friendly cereals in our country.
