Since it was established in 1997, Hanvac Corporation has developed and commercialized a thin-film processing system for R&D, MOCVD equipment for GaN, LTPS crystallization equipment for TFT-LCD, and organic EL. Concentrating on high-technology intensive business, we are collaborating with large enterprises for the development of related equipment. Our technology has been recognized worldwide through export of our MOCVD system, a compound semiconductor processing system.

In the future, we will aim for the development and mass production of our vacuum system, as well as accumulation of trust based on customer-centered service.
