Elpis Biotech. Inc. is a Bio Venture Company started from 1999 in Korea. We have a vision to be a major company in the world-wide biological society. We believe that only creative idea is a key in opening the new era in the 21 Century. By putting such creative idea into common biotechnology, we hope to mine infinite values from terra incognita. Elpis is a latin word meaning "hope".

    Our primary goal is a development of biological analytic technologies, from DNA to protein. Besides basic tools for research use, we are also developing a new antibody screening and production system, which may be used in diagnostic, therapeutic, and research purpose.

   Research-based organization of our company enables us to promote the development of unprecedented technologies, those may be used by many researchers in the field of molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, nano-biotechnology, and so on.

    In addition, we sell various general products, including cut-flower preservatives, horticultural life-longing materials, and Korean traditional food Kimchi additives that prevent over-acidification.

   Our company and research facility are located in Natural Sciences, PaiChai University, Taejon, Korea.
