Elk ins Constructors, Inc. has constructed 49 Lowe&＃39;s Home Centers, 24 Wall-Mart Super centers, 4 Kohl Department Stores, 2 W inn Dixie Supermarkets and 2 Stein Mart Department Stores, all in the southeast US.
