     Dongyang Tinplate has set up  a joint venture company, Ohio Coatings Company in Ohio with Whee
ling Pittsburgh Steel Corporation which has an annual  capacity of 250,000 short tons.

     This kind of joint venture supplies tinplates to its domestic  market as well as to the foreig
n countries. Dongyang Tinplate exports not only its products but also plant facilities to  more tha
n 30 countries.
