These engines have a top speed of about 30-40 MPH (pretty fast on a bicycle). Average mileage is 150 MPG! (Considered Peddle Assist in most states) With the built in clutch you maintain full function of the original bike. Pedal, shift, and ride your bike like normal. When you want to engage the engine simply release the clutch hand lever and the engine springs to life. To power off simply press the included kill switch.
