First, Fundamental Attitude. It is very important not to lose fundamental attitude all the time. Many people tend to forget true themselves in habit in their lives. They can redeem themselves by realizing their goals and trying hard to make them come true. Business goes the same. Company must prepare for the future by investing in R&D and educating the employees.

With the trust between employees and employer, beliefs that your talent will make you succeed and the mind that you can always challenge new field, and succeed, employees and employer can benefit each other. Professionalism is the key to the successful life of employees and company's strength in the field.

The last one is the endless realization of R & D (Research and Development). A company needs to invest in R&D constantly. The efforts to improve the technology and R&D realization for the next generation gives us chance to be the future leader. The company is established to pursue the benefit but part of the benefit must go to the society that we live in. If we do our job, the small satisfaction will bring us the happiness that I believe.
