Company Introduction
Founded in 1977, Chefline has grown to become Korea's largest producer of stainless steel cookware through a commitment to quality, service, good value and reliability. It took only ten years to receive the award for export of Million from the Korean government and its total sales has been growing since. In February 1993, Chefline became a listed company on the stock market selling common stocks through an initial public offering and establishing a solid foundation for the future growth. The secret of our small success is attributable to our uninterrupted R&D efforts, our ability to cope with the latest technology and our investment in modern manufacturing facilities. In 1991 and 1995, we built two fully automated manufacturing factories of the largest scale in Asia. The solid foundation for growth is further supported by our strong financial position, enhances manufacturing and distribution capabilities, expanded product lines and record order backlog levels. In its short history, Chefline has attained almost a 70% share of the domestic market while concentrating on diversifying globally. Chefline has been exporting stainless steel cookware with its own brand name, "KIM" to all over the world including U.K., France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Australia and the U.S.A. As we enter the 21st century, all of the Chefline family promises leadership in cookware and close communications with our customers and friends globally.
