BMM Trading is a sole-proprietorship company managed by its owner, Mr Exequiel S. Torres Jr. who has earned more than 20 years experience in sales; marketing and entrepreneurship. He is assisted by his wife, Mrs. Mercedes Torres, a licensed accountant with more than 20 yrs managerial experience in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Auditing, Human Resource and Legal Affairs earned while working in a multinational company, a huge local company and an auditing firm prior to joining full-time in BMM Trading in 2009, The company has its main office in Manila, warehouse and factory in Cebu, and provincial buying stations throughout the country.The company started with selling raw mother of pearl (MOP) seashells; capiz shells; abalone; tahiti blacklip and now has expanded to selling other types of seashells in raw (unpolished); cut, natural clean, polished ; shell sheets and blanks, and shell accessories, shell crafts and souvenirs particularly sculptured mother of pearl sea shells in various designs excellent for arts collection and souvenir items
