Up to 300,000/mt a month of ( LNG, LPG, M-100 & D2) or (2,205,000bbl of REBCO & JET FUEL) a month X 12 months.

Payment:
Irrevocable, non-transferable Letter of Credit, confirmed by Seller's bank for 45 days payable 100% at sight in Seller's bank upon presentation of shipping documents.

No need for ICPO, LOI, BCL.

1. Draft Contract issued and sends by E-mail/fax it for amendment and acceptance to Buyer.

2.Buyer sends signed Sales and Purchase Agreement to Seller, who signs. Seller and Buyer exchange the signed and sealed contract via email. Email copies of the contract are considered to be legally binding and enforceable. The Contracts are registered in Seller?s and Buyer?s banks within 5 (five) days after their signing.

3. The Seller sends via E-mail/fax to the Buyer POP (Proof of Product in the form of Official Warehouse Receipt and SGS Report of Quality) within 48 hours after that the Contract has been signed and sealed from the parts.

4. Within 24 hours after receipt of POP (paragraph 3 above) by Buyer, Buyer?s Bank issues Letter of Credit to Seller?s Bank.

5.Upon receipt of Letter of Credit from Buyer?s Bank, Seller posts 2% Performance Bond for one month of shipment value.

6.Letter of Credit is activated.

7. Shipments begin as per Agreement.
