To engage in and carry on the business of Engineering Services, maintenance, upgrading, modification and automation of the plant / industries.To manufacture, assemble, import, export, market and deal in Plant, machinery, components, and spare parts,, accessories, appliances, equipments and all other articles and things capable of being used for the companys business.To employ engineers, technicians, mechanics, designers, and persons well conversant with technology hand having all technical expertness and practical skill in all phases of the industry/industries in which they are employed and such other staff, persons as may be deemed necessary or proper for the efficient handling and carrying on the business of engineering services of the company.Fit repair, convert, overhaul, alter, maintenance, and improve all types of electro-mechanical, devices, pneumatic control and sound of electrical and mechanical impulses of different type of workshop/plants and industries.To carry on business as consultants in respect of manufacture, sales, marketing, advertising, distribution, industrial engineering costing, research, design and industrial relations.To undertake installation planning services on specific job and/or turn-key basis.To act as professional consultants in all engineering services related fields to industrial, commercial, professional, governmental, statutory, local bodies, corporations and other business and undertaking and to individuals.To provide contractual staff and to select and appraise employees for clients and for the company.To undertake feasibility studies and/or carry out technical assessment in respect of hardware and software.To develop technical literature, carry out research, conduct courses, hold seminars and undertake all such activities as are considered necessary for technical and professional advancement.
