The primary unit of our group is SHEET METAL PRESSED COMPONENT DIVISION just to apprise you of our current manufacturing facilities, we are giving below a few figures: 1. The thickness range of raw material varies (from 0. 6 to 10mm) . 2. The blank size varies from (10mm*10mm) to (2500mm*1500mm) . 3. The capacity of our press varies from 5 MT to 500 MT, & more than 100 in number. 4. We have products having deep draws of upto 80mm with a collar of only 3mm. To supplement the above, we have in-house facilities for welding / Surface finishing etc. In order to hasten the development, we went to the extent of having in house facilities of CNC & wire cut machines. We intend to take the above facilities as a base and wish to grow vertically.
