It was followed by an revised patent application in July of 2000. Patent applications were also submitted in seven countries in January of 2001. In September 2002, SUNHANBANG CO., LTD. was awarded a Korean patent for a herbal medicine composite containing diaper. Today, SUNHANBANG CO., LTD. is introducing all natural, traditional medicine diapers. Contributions from medical doctors, traditional medicine practisioners, pharmacists and college professors started the development of SUNHANBANG CO., LTD..s traditional medicine diaper in 1996. Our aim was to raise the quality of life by using natural traditional herbal medicine. A rigorous testing procedure was established with efficiency tests, mulitiple brewing processes, spread tests, antibiotic tests, skin effect tests, hormone tests, skin sensitivity tests, sheet absorption tests and finally a final testing phase involving one thousand people with the help of countless others. We, at SUNHANBANG CO., LTD., thank most the babies and mothers who volunteered to be tested in our development process.
