We are pleased to inform you that we are project engineering organization in the field of ozone application since last decade. We are manufacturing our ozone generators at Nagpur in technical collaboration with M/s Kaufmann Umweltchinik, Germany from 2gms/hr to 30kg/hr capacity Ozone has very specific application in for the following:
I. Disinfection of drinking water
II. Swimming pool ozonisation
III. Complete replacement of chlorine.
IV. Pre & post disinfection in RO plants for DM water.
V. Pretreatment of raw water including iron and manganese oxidation.
VI. Color and Odor removal.
VII. Sewage water recycle/disinfection & ETP
We also manufacturer of Plate type duct mounted ozone system for IAQ Improvement & Energy Saving (25%) of H VAC SYSTEM.
Ozone for Indoor Air Quality Improvement will achieve excellent air quality. Remove VOCs, gets rid of fungi, and improves health of the occupants with significantly reduced capital and operating costs.
We have a pleasure to tell you that we are also manufacturing UVGI sytem which used to achieve sterilization of 99.99% , where other in market using UV product of Sub-stranded Efficiency . Such UV product are able to give disinfection only 90% of E. Coli. But nor E.coli is single microorganism & not 90% kill means sterility. So the basic intention to kill microorganism pass through Filter are not suffice by such UV Product.
