Norlin Labs, Inc. was established in September of 2000. Too Much Sun came about because Norm Kowallis, a pharmacist for Kaiser Permanente, was receiving requests from doctors in the clinic for something that could better help their sunburned patients. Something more effective then the normal Aloe Vera products on the market today. In response Dr. Kowallis came up with a simple formulated lotion that patients used and the Kowallis family used for years. After many praiseful comments about the lotion the Kowallis family decided to market the product. Dr. Kowallis along with the chemists at Vege Kurl came up with an all natural new and improved after-sun lotion called Too Much Sun.
