Korea Ocean Tech Inc is now manufacturing and supplying with water proof & oil spill stop systems to the ocean circles of vessels such as the coast guard ship, the navy,s war-ship to prevent from the damages of punctured hole in the sea water.1. Status - The IMO recorded ship are 80,000 ships and gross tonnage is about 70 billion tons in dec. 2015. We, all of the world, have been happened many incidents from naval war ship, merchant ship, fishing ship and off shore facilities like as crack, puncture, dent. grounding etc. - International marine organization(IMO) and each country port authority have been tried to reduce the incident and minimize environmental loss according to SOLAS convention, MARPOL convention and OPRC/HNS convention, also each country marine safety law and environmental oil pollution protection law.2. Incidents - One country navy war ship attacked from enemy gun fire 258 on ship hull above draft line, the ship was tugged from battle position to home port about 7hours, the tugged battle ship sunken because of the poor water proof technology and equipment etc. - Another country VLCC was collided and made hull puncture about 200 x 300mm, Port authority can not stop the oil spill quantity 12,745tons for 37hours because of un sufficient technology and equipment for oil spill prevention. 3. Problem - Technology : undeveloped water proof and oil pollution prevention technology - Equipment : Unable water proof and oil pollution prevention equipment.4. Solution - Research : Cooperate with each country according to OPRC/HNS convention - Information : Shire the result of research, development of water proof and oil spill theory, principal etc. - Education and training : make manual and text in IMO, divide information to each country by oprc-hns convention.
