The SAT EL LABRADOR&＃039;s extra virgin olive oils come exclusively from own olives. Are obtained from selected fruits by the first extraction procedure at low temperature, on the same day of collection, and caring at all times about the process hygiene. The Agrarian Transformation Society El Labrador is a family business that aims to capitalize on the experience of at least six generations growing olive trees in the same place. The different colors, flavors and smells are due to the variety of olives and their state of maturation. We pack only monovarietal EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, with the trademark LA LAGUNA DE FUENTE DE PIEDRA. We have a wide range of varieties: VIDUEGNA, LECHIN, GORDALILLA, ARBEQUINA, MARTEGNA, PICOLIMON Y MANZANILLA. In SAT El Labrador we are aware of the responsibility that involves the use of a land of high ecological value. We know that we are on a land that shed all their products to the waters of the Nature Reserve and that any abuse of these can lead to the deterioration of the fragile and unique biological system that is La Laguna.
