B. BIO-FERTILIZER CREDIT FUND
We provide governments a large 0% interest, 12-month Credit Fund (US$20 million per year upwards) in the form of our bio-fertilizers so they can replace chemical agriculture with bio-chemical and 100% organic farming. No change in price for up to 5 years.

We are looking for people to introduce the Credit Fund to the government of their country. Several countries have accepted the Credit Fund already. Agents earn very good commission when successful.

C. BIO-PLANT AND PRO-PLANT
The 2 liquid, 100% organic, microbial bio-fertilizers are called Bio-Plant and Pro-Plant, and together they produce higher crop yields for a lower cost than chemical fertilizers. They enable a country to phase out chemical agriculture. In bio-chemical farming, when Bio Plant is mixed with chemical fertilizer, farmers can reduce the amount of chemicals they use by 50%, increase their crop yield, and reduce their costs by 30-45%, depending on how the bio-fertilizers are used.

D. THE MARKETING CONCEPT FOR THE BIO-FERTILIZERS
1. For Farmers:

Bio-Plant and Pro-Plant are 100% organic, liquid bio-fertilizers, but the best way to market them is for bio-chemical farming, not 100% organic farming, because 90%+ of farmers in a country use chemical fertilizers and chemical sprays. Very few chemical farmers will change immediately to organic farming, but they will change to bio-chemical farming, which over 3 years leads them to 100% organic farming at a pace they can accept.

By mixing 330 cc of Bio-Plant with a 50 kgs bag of Urea / NPK / DAP, etc., the farmer can halve the amount of chemical fertilizer he uses, and still increase his yield about 10% while his costs are 40-45% lower. If he prepares the seeds and the soil with Bio-Plant, and sprays Pro-Plant onto the leaves, the yield will increase about 30%. This increases as the soil fertility is restored. In Year 2, he can reduce his Urea / NPK / etc., by 25% more, and at the end of Year 3 he will be farming 100% organically willingly.

2. For the Government:

Governments are aware of the crop yield, economic, health, and environmental, and social problems caused by chemical farming. We not only enable them to phase out chemical fertilizers and increase their crop yields above what chemicals can achieve, but we will also provide them with the bio-fertilizers on a 12-month L/C so that they can distribute them to the farmers on credit without having to use their own resources.

3. For Distributors:
